Student Engagement Surveys
On April 30th, we will send students our annual Student Engagement Questions. These questions ask students about their experience at school this year. You may preview the questions by clicking the button below and logging into the survey with your child's school email account (username@d93mail.com).
If you would like to withdraw your child from participating in the questions or have them take the survey at home, you may do so by going to https://d93.org/parentreview.
Thank you to everyone who has already participated in our parent engagement surveys. The information that you have shared is incredibly important in helping guide the decisions that we make. If you have not yet had a chance to participate in this survey, will you please take a few minutes to complete it by going to https://d93.org/parentsurvey?
We want to give a special shoutout to all our PTO volunteers. The time and the dedication that each of our PTO volunteers give to the schools and community is incredible. We love all our volunteers and are grateful that they have the best interest and investment in our students, schools and our community. Thank you PTO... YOU ARE D93
D93 Board News
Changes to the 2024-2025 District Calendar
The school calendar for the 2024-2025 school year was approved. The Board accepted our recommendation to change elementary school collaboration days to the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month next year. We will also keep the first Friday of the school year (August 30th) as a collaboration day for elementary teachers.
Policies Under Public Review
3385 Extracurricular Participation is published for public comment.
U-4110 General Complaints and Grievances was approved for public comment.
This revision combines our procedure and policy into a single policy and provides more consistency in terms such as working days instead of school days.
2565 Chaperones was approved for final approval.
This revision removes the requirements for volunteers and chaperones to sign release of liability and indemnification forms.
The next board meeting will be a Work Meeting. This meeting is being held later than originally posted. We will be starting an Executive Session at 5:00 p.m. The Work Meeting will start around 7:00 p.m. The Executive Session will be closed to the public. Reminder: Work Meetings do not permit public input.
